Sunrise, Florida – This Thanksgiving, Arc Broward is offering a unique way for the community to enjoy a holiday feast while giving back. Through Arc Culinary, residents can purchase a gourmet Thanksgiving dinner package for themselves or donate one to a local family in need, helping to fill tables with love, warmth, and good food.

“No matter how you celebrate, Thanksgiving is a time to gather and give thanks,” said Craig Zeleznik, chief culinary officer at Arc Culinary. “Our team is proud to prepare a traditional meal that not only tastes incredible but also helps support Arc Broward’s mission of transforming lives.”

Each chef-prepared Thanksgiving package includes a full spread of holiday favorites, crafted with a gourmet touch. Guests can enjoy a butter-basted, oven-roasted whole turkey cooked to golden perfection, accompanied by a crisp romaine Caesar salad tossed in tangy dressing with parmesan and crunchy croutons. The package also features Arc-made gravy, classic herb stuffing, a creamy green bean casserole topped with crispy onions, velvety Yukon Gold mashed potatoes whipped with butter, sweet potato casserole with pecan streusel, fresh cranberry sauce, and a decadent pecan pie to complete the celebration.

The Thanksgiving Package serves eight to ten guests and is priced at $235. Pick-up is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen in Sunrise. In addition to treating themselves, customers are encouraged to embrace the spirit of giving by donating a Thanksgiving package to a local Arc Broward family in need. Every meal purchased contributes directly to Arc Broward’s mission of empowering people with disabilities to grow, develop, and thrive.

Beyond the holiday, Arc Culinary continues to provide catering services for both private and corporate events. Their team can accommodate gatherings of any size, offering off-site catering options or hosting events on-site at the elegant Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen. Clients can work with Arc Culinary to craft customized menus designed to make every occasion memorable, whether it’s an intimate family celebration or a large-scale corporate party.

The initiative emphasizes both culinary excellence and community impact. Zeleznik and his team take pride in preparing meals that reflect the warmth and tradition of Thanksgiving while ensuring that the organization’s broader mission is supported. “We love bringing people together through food,” Zeleznik said. “Every meal we create represents care, quality, and an opportunity to give back to families who need it most.”
