Pompano Beach invites residents to celebrate the magic of the season with Merry Moments 2025 holiday events

Pompano Beach, Florida – Pompano Beach is preparing to light up the holidays with Merry Moments 2025, a city-wide celebration running from November 15 through December 21. Packed with festive events, dazzling lights, parades, concerts, and family-friendly activities, this year’s holiday lineup promises to create unforgettable memories for residents and visitors alike. From shopping local and admiring holiday décor to dancing under the stars, there’s a Merry Moment for everyone in Pompano Beach.

The season kicks off with the Holiday Handcrafts Bazaar on November 15 from 9 AM to 2 PM, featuring more than 25 artisans showcasing their unique, handmade treasures. The bazaar offers a perfect opportunity for attendees to support local artists, find distinctive gifts, and experience the creativity thriving in the community. Early holiday shopping in a festive atmosphere sets the tone for weeks of seasonal celebrations.

The 18th Annual Light Up MLK on November 22 from 5 PM to 8 PM at Annie Adderly Gillis Park continues the festive energy. The evening will feature the official tree lighting at 7 PM, community performances, delicious treats, and a special appearance by Santa Claus. Rain or shine, the event transforms the park into a glowing hub of music, laughter, and joy, creating a perfect start to the city’s holiday season.

December brings even more excitement with the Yuletide on Atlantic Parade on December 4 at 6:30 PM. Atlantic Boulevard will shimmer with sparkling floats, lively music, and holiday cheer, celebrating the city’s sense of community and pride. The following evening, December 5, the Old Town Untapped Holiday Edition lights up Bailey Contemporary Arts Plaza from 6 PM to 10 PM with twinkling décor, live music by Joey Calderaio, and holiday vendors ready to complete gift lists for the season.

The festive fun extends to the water with the 63rd Annual CHAOS Holiday Boat Parade on December 12 from 7 PM to 9:30 PM. More than 50 boats will illuminate the Intracoastal Waterway with brilliant lights and holiday décor, continuing a cherished Pompano Beach tradition that draws crowds eager to see the sparkling spectacle from the shore.

On December 13, the city offers a full day of seasonal activities. The Green Market Holiday Edition from 9 AM to 1 PM features farm-fresh produce, local crafts, yoga, and a visit from Santa. Later, the Deck the Halls Dance at 6:30 PM offers an inclusive celebration for individuals ages 13 and older with developmental disabilities, highlighting the city’s commitment to community, joy, and togetherness.

Music lovers can enjoy Timeless Holidays: The Magic of Movie Holiday Hits! on December 19 from 7 PM to 9 PM at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center. The concert brings classic holiday movie tunes to life, from White Christmas to Elf, providing a musical celebration that captures the spirit of the season. Families can also participate in kid-friendly events, including Santa at the Seahives on December 9, Donuts with Santa on December 13, Movie Night with Santa on December 19, and the Pop the Trunk Toy Giveaway on December 21.

Merry Moments 2025 is more than a series of festive activities—it is a celebration of community, creativity, and the joy of the holidays. From the first sparkle of lights to the last song sung, Pompano Beach invites residents and visitors to come together and experience the magic of the season.
