Old Town Untapped hosts its annual holiday tree lighting celebration with music arts and family fun in Pompano Beach

Pompano Beach, Florida – Pompano Beach is ready to welcome the holiday season in style as Old Town Untapped hosts its annual Holiday Tree Lighting on Friday, December 5th, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The event promises an evening full of festive cheer, lively music, and sparkling seasonal magic, offering families and visitors a chance to kick off the most wonderful time of the year.

Set along NE 1st Street and N. Flagler Avenue, right next to the Bailey Contemporary Arts Center, the celebration is free and family-friendly. Attendees can explore Pompano Beach’s signature Untapped Cultural Arts and Music Block Party, featuring live bands and a high-energy DJ to keep the atmosphere buzzing throughout the night. The event combines art, music, and culinary delights, creating a vibrant community experience that has become a highlight of the holiday calendar.

Visitors will have the chance to stroll through gallery openings at the Bailey Contemporary Arts Center, where local artists showcase their creative works. In addition, a variety of food trucks will be on hand offering diverse, mouthwatering options to satisfy every craving. Shoppers can discover unique treasures from local artisans, perfect for holiday gifts or personal keepsakes, while soaking in the festive atmosphere.

Shortly afterward, from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., kids can meet Santa Claus and share their holiday wishes in a festive photo opportunity.
