City of West Palm Beach and business consultants bring back Next Level PANEL to help small businesses strengthen leadership and growth strategies
West Palm Beach, Florida – Business owners, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, and professionals in West Palm Beach will soon have another opportunity to gain practical advice and connect with experienced leaders as the City of West Palm Beach prepares to host the second installment of its Next Level PANEL leadership and business development series.
The event, organized by the City of West Palm Beach Office of Small Business Programs in partnership with The Leadership Haven Resource Center and Keen Ideas Consulting, is scheduled for Monday, July 20, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Mandel Public Library Auditorium on Clematis Street.
The upcoming session follows a successful inaugural event that attracted more than 100 registered participants, highlighting a strong demand among local business and community leaders for conversations centered on leadership, organizational growth, and long-term success.
Building on that momentum, organizers have designed the second session to explore the challenges that come with growth while helping participants better understand how to make informed decisions as their organizations evolve.
Titled Calculated Risk: Protecting Growth While Expanding Influence, the program will focus on strategies that allow businesses and nonprofit organizations to continue growing without losing the progress they have already achieved. Organizers say the discussion will examine how thoughtful planning and sound decision-making can help leaders navigate opportunities while managing potential risks.
A panel of professionals from a variety of industries will lead the discussion, bringing experience in business strategy, leadership, finance, legal matters, and organizational development. Their goal is to provide attendees with practical knowledge that can be applied in real-world situations, whether participants are launching a new venture or leading an established organization.
Rather than serving as a traditional networking event, the Next Level PANEL is intended to create an interactive setting where participants can exchange ideas, ask questions, and engage directly with experienced professionals. Organizers hope the format encourages meaningful conversations that continue beyond the event itself.
The evening will include structured networking opportunities, allowing attendees to meet fellow business owners, nonprofit executives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders from across the region. Organizers believe these connections can lead to future partnerships, collaborations, and new business opportunities.
Participants will also hear a moderated panel discussion featuring regional experts who will share their perspectives on key topics affecting growing organizations. Planned discussion areas include funding opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, legal considerations, and approaches to building sustainable growth over time.
An interactive question-and-answer session will give audience members the chance to raise issues specific to their own organizations and receive guidance from the panelists. The event will also highlight community resources that may help businesses and nonprofits continue their development after the program concludes.
By combining expert insight with audience participation, city officials hope attendees leave with practical ideas they can implement immediately, along with new professional relationships that support future success.
The Next Level PANEL series was created to strengthen the local business community by connecting founders, nonprofit leaders, executives, and professionals with experienced voices capable of offering valuable guidance. Instead of focusing solely on presentations, the series emphasizes meaningful dialogue and the exchange of ideas that can help organizations adapt and thrive in a changing business environment.
City officials say the continued interest in the series demonstrates that many local leaders are looking for opportunities to sharpen their leadership skills while learning from professionals who have successfully navigated similar challenges.
Attendance at the July 20 event is free, but organizers note that advance registration is required because seating is limited. The program will be held at the Mandel Public Library Auditorium, located at 411 Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach.
Additional information about the event is available through the City of West Palm Beach Office of Small Business Programs, which encourages interested participants to register early to secure a seat for what organizers expect to be another well-attended evening focused on leadership, collaboration, and sustainable organizational growth.
