City of West Palm Beach reveals new campaign following Tripadvisor’s recognition as Top U.S. Trending Destination

West Palm Beach, Florida – The City of West Palm Beach has launched an exciting new tourism and lifestyle campaign aimed at showcasing the city’s diverse offerings to visitors. Titled “There’s MORE to West Palm Beach,” the campaign is designed to highlight the city’s unique attractions, vibrant culture, and welcoming atmosphere, making it a must-visit destination for travelers from all over the world. Portia Holt, Chief Marketing Officer of the city, emphasized that the initiative is crucial in increasing awareness of West Palm Beach’s growing appeal. “The ‘There’s MORE to West Palm Beach’ campaign redefines and amplifies the city’s identity as a premier destination hub, increases awareness, and differentiates West Palm Beach from other cities in Florida,” said Holt.

This launch follows a significant achievement for the city. In January, West Palm Beach was awarded the prestigious 2025 Tripadvisor Traveler’s Choice® Best of the Best Award for Destinations. The recognition placed West Palm Beach as the #1 Trending Destination in the United States. Mayor Keith James expressed his excitement over the accolade, noting that the award underscores the city’s appeal. “This award is a testament that there is more to see and more to do in West Palm Beach,” said Mayor James. “Our city offers exceptional experiences to every visitor, and this recognition underscores the unique charm and vibrant spirit that make our city a top destination for travelers from around the world.”

Florida as a whole is seeing record-breaking visitation numbers in 2024, and West Palm Beach is benefiting greatly from this upward trend.
