Sunrise residents and city employees get exclusive first look at new Satinleaf homes before public release

City of Sunrise, Florida – Residents and employees of the City of Sunrise are being offered a rare opportunity to preview and reserve new homes at the upcoming Satinleaf development before the general public. This initiative, requested by the City Commission, gives locals a special VIP window to explore one of the city’s newest residential communities and secure their preferred lot or floor plan ahead of the public launch.

Satinleaf, a project by New Urban Communities, is designed as an intimate courtyard-style neighborhood with 29 newly constructed single-family homes. Located on Sunset Strip, north of Sunrise Boulevard and east of University Drive, the development offers a blend of modern architecture, thoughtful amenities, and convenient proximity to the city’s vibrant community spaces. Each home features two stories, with three or four-bedroom layouts, high ceilings, hurricane-resistant windows, and one or two-car garages depending on the model.

One of the standout features of Satinleaf is its access to Sunrise’s growing array of amenities. Residents will be within walking distance of the recently renovated City Park, Roarke Hall’s community pool and splash pad, the Boys and Girls Club Teen Center, and the new Village Art Plaza. These nearby attractions make Satinleaf not just a place to live, but a gateway to an active, connected lifestyle within the heart of Sunrise.

The exclusive VIP access window is intended to give residents and employees the chance to choose their home before the public marketing campaign begins. Interested parties should act quickly, as the reservation period is limited. The VIP window is scheduled to open on Monday, March 30th, and will remain available for approximately 45 days or until all lots and homes are reserved.

City officials are emphasizing that this early access is a unique opportunity for those who live or work in Sunrise to claim their preferred home in a highly sought-after development. While the city is providing information about the opportunity, all questions related to pricing, home specifications, and the reservation process must be directed to the developer.

Angela Grieve, Sales Manager for New Urban Communities, is the main contact for inquiries. She can be reached at (561) 279-8706 extension 219 or by email at [email protected]. Additional information, including home designs and community details, is also available on the developer’s website at https://newurbancommunities.com/our-communities/satinleaf/.

The City of Sunrise encourages residents and employees to take advantage of this exclusive preview, noting that it is not available to the general public. While locals are welcome to share details of the development with friends or family, only those who live or work in the city can reserve a home during this special window.

Satinleaf promises to be a modern, vibrant addition to Sunrise, combining quality construction, convenient access to city amenities, and a strong sense of community. For those interested in calling this new development home, the VIP preview period represents a unique chance to secure a place in a neighborhood designed for both comfort and connectivity.

Residents looking to explore the opportunity are advised to review the Satinleaf brochure, consider their preferred floor plan, and contact the developer promptly once the reservation window opens. The combination of location, modern design, and exclusive early access is expected to make Satinleaf one of the most sought-after new residential options in Sunrise.

With construction of these homes drawing near, Sunrise residents and employees now have the opportunity to be among the first to join a community built around convenience, community, and modern living.
