Hollywood’s Radius Garage to restrict access during work from October 19 through November 3

Hollywood, Florida – Public parking at Hollywood’s Radius Garage will be temporarily unavailable while the city carries out work at the facility. The restrictions begin Monday, October 19, and continue through Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

During that period, the garage will remain partially open, but access will be limited to residents and permit holders. Other members of the public will not be permitted to use the facility while the work is underway.

The distinction matters for anyone planning to park there during the work period. The garage is not closing to every user, but its continued operation for residents and permit holders does not mean public parking spaces will remain available.

Drivers who normally use the Radius Garage for public parking will need to make other arrangements for visits falling within the announced dates. The city’s notice does not identify alternative parking locations or provide information about their availability.

Public access is scheduled to resume Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Until then, the temporary restriction applies throughout the announced work period, including the final day on Tuesday, November 3.

The notice focuses on the access changes and reopening date. It does not describe the type of work being performed or specify which portions of the garage will be affected by the partial closure. It also does not list separate daily work hours.

For residents and permit holders, the announcement confirms that they will still be allowed to use the garage during the project. For other drivers, the key date is November 4, when the facility is scheduled to welcome the public again.

The city thanked users for their patience and understanding while the work is completed. The access restrictions and planned reopening are outlined in the City of Hollywood’s announcement.
