Las Vegas Raiders select UKG to connect their workforce across football, business and gameday operations

Fort Lauderdale, Florida – The Las Vegas Raiders have selected UKG as their workforce technology partner as the NFL organization looks to bring its human resources, payroll and workforce management operations together on a single platform.

The Raiders will use the UKG Pro suite across a wide range of operations, including football, business and gameday activities. The system will support different groups throughout the organization, from players, coaches and trainers to business staff and frontline employees.

The partnership is designed to bring employee information, payroll and workforce data together in one place. According to the companies, this will give team leaders a clearer view of their workforce and provide information that can help them make decisions in real time.

For an organization that operates both during the NFL season and throughout the rest of the year, managing employees across different areas can be a complex task. The Raiders have a large workforce involved in everything from football operations to serving fans on gamedays.
