Tech Mahindra and UKG expand partnership to help enterprises accelerate AI-driven workforce transformation

Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Tech Mahindra and UKG have announced an expanded strategic partnership aimed at helping global enterprises modernize workforce operations through artificial intelligence-driven solutions and advanced workforce management technology.

The collaboration is expected to focus heavily on small and mid-sized organizations across North America, particularly in industries such as information technology, retail, manufacturing, and professional services. As part of the agreement, Tech Mahindra will deploy the UKG Workforce Operating Platform internally for its own workforce while also significantly expanding its UKG-related services practice.
