Town of Davie launches local business survey to gather feedback and support economic growth

Davie, Florida – The Town of Davie is asking local businesses to share their experiences and opinions through a new community survey designed to better understand current business conditions and help shape future economic development plans.

The local business survey is available now through September 30, 2026, and is open to business owners, managers, authorized representatives and home-based businesses operating within the Town of Davie. Officials say the information collected will provide valuable insight into the challenges businesses face, as well as opportunities where the town can provide additional support.

The survey can be completed online through the Town of Davie’s website and is expected to take approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Town leaders are encouraging businesses of all sizes to participate, saying that feedback from the local business community will help guide decisions in the coming years.

Survey responses will be used to identify ways the town can improve services and make interactions with local government more effective. Business owners will have the opportunity to share their experiences with important areas such as permitting, inspections, business tax receipts, zoning guidance and other town processes.

The results will also help officials better understand what types of programs and resources would be most useful for local companies. This could include training opportunities, financing assistance, workforce support, marketing resources and technical assistance designed to help businesses continue growing.

Businesses that complete the survey will also have the option to enter a chance drawing for a $200 Visa gift card. After submitting the survey, participants can follow the instructions provided to enter the drawing. Only one entry is allowed per business.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the survey period ends. The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided during the entry process.
