Pompano Beach City Commission and CRA to hold special joint meeting on April 30 to discuss downtown redevelopment

Pompano Beach, Florida – The City of Pompano Beach and the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) are coming together for a Special Joint Meeting on Wednesday, April 30th, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Commission Chambers, located at 100 West Atlantic Boulevard.’
This meeting aims to provide updates and discuss several key components related to the New Downtown Development Project, a major undertaking that seeks to transform and revitalize the downtown area. Officials will present information on multiple items tied to the next phase of this large-scale redevelopment.

The agenda will include a review of the proposed First Amendment to the previously approved Master Development Agreement.
