Utility Billing and Customer Service Office temporarily closed for mandatory training with alternative payment and service options available

Hollywood, Florida – The City of Hollywood’s Utility Billing and Customer Service Office will be closed today, June 12, 2025, to allow staff to complete their mandatory quarterly training. The office will reopen for walk-in services on Monday, June 16, at 7 a.m.
While the physical office is closed, customers can still make utility payments and access customer service through several alternative methods. Those needing to pay their utility bills can do so online at https://ow.ly/CmNa50W8qRi. Additionally, payments can be dropped off in the designated drop box at City Hall, located on the north side of the building next to the “drive-thru” window.
For customers seeking assistance or information, the Utility Billing and Customer Service team remains available via phone, email, and online. The department’s 24/7 phone line at 954-967-4357 is available for any urgent inquiries. For non-urgent matters, customers can reach the department by email at [email protected], with responses typically provided within three business days. The city’s online portal also allows for one-time payments and offers a customer portal for convenient management of utility accounts.
“We appreciate your patience as staff complete mandatory training,” said a city spokesperson. “We strive to provide excellent service, and this training helps ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our community effectively.”
Residents and customers are reminded that in-person services will resume on Monday, June 16, at 7 a.m. Until then, all the mentioned online and phone services remain fully operational.
For more information, residents are encouraged to visit the city’s official website or contact the Utility Billing and Customer Service Office using the provided channels.
