While the physical office is closed, customers can still make utility payments and access customer service through several alternative methods. Those needing to pay their utility bills can do so online at https://ow.ly/CmNa50W8qRi. Additionally, payments can be dropped off in the designated drop box at City Hall, located on the north side of the building next to the “drive-thru” window.

For customers seeking assistance or information, the Utility Billing and Customer Service team remains available via phone, email, and online. The department’s 24/7 phone line at 954-967-4357 is available for any urgent inquiries. For non-urgent matters, customers can reach the department by email at [email protected], with responses typically provided within three business days. The city’s online portal also allows for one-time payments and offers a customer portal for convenient management of utility accounts.
