Utility Billing and Customer Service Office temporarily closed for mandatory training with alternative payment and service options available

Hollywood, Florida – The City of Hollywood’s Utility Billing and Customer Service Office will be closed today, June 12, 2025, to allow staff to complete their mandatory quarterly training. The office will reopen for walk-in services on Monday, June 16, at 7 a.m.

While the physical office is closed, customers can still make utility payments and access customer service through several alternative methods. Additionally, payments can be dropped off in the designated drop box at City Hall, located on the north side of the building next to the “drive-thru” window.

For customers seeking assistance or information, the Utility Billing and Customer Service team remains available via phone, email, and online.
