Pompano Beach to mark the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with an evening of remembrance

The City of Pompano Beach will mark the 25th anniversary of 9/11 with an evening of remembrance on Friday, September 11, 2026. The event will begin at 6 p.m. at the Charlotte Burrie Community Center, located at 2669 N. Federal Highway.

The gathering is planned as an opportunity for residents to come together, reflect on the events of September 11 and remember the lives forever changed by the attacks.
