Davie, Florida – The Town of Davie is gearing up for the much-anticipated Miss Orange Blossom Pageant, a long-standing tradition that brings together the community to celebrate poise, grace, and local heritage. The pageant, hosted by the Town’s Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Department, will take place on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the Pine Island Multipurpose Center, located at 3801 S. The Miss Orange Blossom Pageant has become an integral part of Davie’s cultural identity, embracing the spirit of community and the town’s rich history. A key highlight of the pageant is its inclusivity, open to young contestants ranging from ages 2 to 18 who are either residents of Davie or students attending local schools. The pageant offers different age categories to ensure that participants are judged fairly and according to their age group. These categories include Tiny Miss (ages 2-4), Little Miss (ages 5-7), Junior Miss (ages 8-10), Miss Junior Teen (ages 11-13), and Miss Teen (ages 14-18).

To compete, interested individuals must complete an application form, available online at www.davie-fl.gov/OBFpageant. The registration period runs through August 28, 2025, and there is a modest $25 participation fee. For those selected, a mandatory rehearsal is scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Pine Island Multipurpose Center. This ensures that all contestants are prepared for the pageant, which will be judged based on poise and personality.

Winners of each category will not only take home the coveted title but will also have the opportunity to represent the Town of Davie in various community events throughout the year. Additionally, the pageant’s winners will participate in the Orange Blossom Parade, an annual event that celebrates the vibrant culture and heritage of the town. As a special touch, this year’s winners will receive a Centennial Celebration crown and sash to commemorate the Town of Davie’s 100th anniversary in November 2025.
