CareerSource Broward launches a new AI playbook initiative to help small and medium-sized employers navigate emerging technologies

Fort Lauderdale, Florida – As artificial intelligence continues to transform industries at lightning speed, CareerSource Broward is taking bold steps to help small and medium-sized businesses keep pace. The organization has announced the development of a first-of-its-kind AI Playbook designed specifically for local employers, providing practical guidance on understanding, adopting, and leveraging AI technologies to improve business operations.

To bring the project to life, CareerSource Broward has partnered with Gilead Sanders, LLC, a company recognized for its expertise in AI applications and workforce innovation. The collaboration will produce a comprehensive guide that not only explains AI concepts but also provides step-by-step methods for integrating these tools into daily business operations.
