City of Sunrise, Florida – The City of Sunrise has officially reopened Signature Sunrise, its newly redesigned event venue, offering an elegant and modern space for weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings. Located at 10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard, the venue now boasts expanded amenities, upgraded finishes, and flexible rental options designed to meet the needs of both residents and businesses throughout South Florida.

“Signature Sunrise is more than just a ballroom,” said a City spokesperson. “It’s a space where families, companies, and community members can come together to celebrate milestones, create memories, and enjoy a truly exceptional experience.”

The renovations transform the venue into a contemporary and versatile space capable of hosting a wide range of events. The ballroom now features modern lighting, upgraded walls and ceiling tiles, improved flooring, and a built-in luxury vinyl tile dance floor, eliminating the need for temporary flooring and streamlining event setup. These upgrades create a sophisticated ambiance while simplifying logistics for event planners and guests alike.

Flexibility and convenience were central to the redesign. Renters can now select any caterer of their choice, with upgraded warming cabinets, commercial-grade refrigeration, and portable LED-lit bars available for rent. The venue’s three adjoining ballrooms are configurable, accommodating up to 300 seated guests for larger gatherings or smaller groups for breakout sessions, making it a highly adaptable space for a variety of functions.

Accessibility improvements have also been a key focus. Additional ADA-compliant doors and push-button entry points ensure smooth access for all attendees, reflecting the City’s commitment to inclusivity and guest comfort. Modern LED lighting, including elegant chandeliers and exterior patio lighting, has been installed to improve energy efficiency, while water bottle filling stations and strategically placed recycling bins support sustainable practices across the venue.

The outdoor patio area has received special attention, with new landscaping and uplighting providing a scenic backdrop for receptions, photos, and social gatherings. This blend of interior sophistication and exterior charm positions Signature Sunrise as one of the premier event spaces in the region.

To make the venue more accessible to the local community, the City is offering special discounted rental rates for Sunrise residents and businesses, making it possible to enjoy a high-quality, professional space without compromising on style or amenities. The venue is available year-round, excluding select holidays, and appointments or tours can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Saturday visits available by appointment.

For booking information or to schedule a tour, prospective renters can contact the Signature Sunrise team at (954) 747-4664 or via email at [email protected]. Additional details are also available on the City of Sunrise website at www.sunrisefl.gov/signature.
