Hollywood, Florida – Residents of Hollywood can now enjoy the convenience of the Drive-Thru payment window at City Hall, which has officially reopened on the north side of the building. The service allows customers to pay their utility bills quickly and safely from their vehicles at 2600 Hollywood Boulevard, operating Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

“Thank you for your patience during the temporary closure,” city officials noted, emphasizing their commitment to making city services accessible and convenient for all residents. The reopening comes after a brief closure, which allowed for maintenance and upgrades to ensure a smooth payment experience.

In addition to the Drive-Thru, residents have multiple options for paying their utility bills. Payments can be made in person at the Cashier’s Office in Room 103 inside City Hall, offering a traditional face-to-face option for those who prefer it. For after-hours payments, an “After Hours” drop box is conveniently located next to the Drive-Thru window, providing a secure alternative outside of normal operating hours.

The Drive-Thru payment window has long been a popular service for Hollywood residents, offering a quick, convenient, and contact-free way to handle city payments. Its reopening is expected to streamline the payment process, reduce wait times, and provide residents with a safer, more efficient experience.

City officials encourage residents to take advantage of the Drive-Thru service, as well as the other available payment methods, to ensure timely payments and maintain uninterrupted utility services. With multiple options now available, managing bills has never been easier for Hollywood residents.
