West Palm Beach, Florida – Small business owners and professionals in West Palm Beach will have an opportunity later this month to learn how artificial intelligence and digital marketing can be used to build a stronger personal brand and support business growth.

The City of West Palm Beach, working with the Florida Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce, will host “The Future of Personal Branding: How AI and Digital Marketing Help You Scale Faster” on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. The interactive workshop is designed to give participants practical experience with tools that can be used in everyday business activities.

The event will take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Flagler Gallery inside West Palm Beach City Hall, located at 401 Clematis Street.

Organizers say the session will focus on more than simply explaining what artificial intelligence can do. Participants will have the opportunity to use AI during the workshop and learn ways to apply it to their own business needs.

The training will cover several areas, including personal branding, digital marketing, content creation and business proposals. Participants will also learn how AI can help streamline some routine business operations, potentially giving small business owners more time to focus on other priorities.

A central part of the workshop will be learning how to communicate effectively with AI tools. Attendees will work on turning their ideas into useful prompts, improving the quality of AI-generated responses and then converting those results into practical marketing materials and other business documents.

The organizers are presenting the workshop as a hands-on experience rather than a traditional demonstration. That approach is intended to help attendees leave with skills they can immediately apply to their businesses.

Lore Hoyuela, a strategic marketing consultant specializing in branding and business growth, will serve as the guest speaker. Hoyuela will lead participants through strategies for developing a stronger personal brand while showing how AI and digital marketing tools can be incorporated into efforts to expand and scale a business.

Personal branding has become an increasingly important part of how professionals and business owners present themselves online. For entrepreneurs, a clear digital presence can help communicate what their business offers and distinguish it from competitors.

The workshop will also examine how technology can fit into that process without requiring participants to have extensive technical knowledge. Individuals do not need previous experience with artificial intelligence to attend.

The event is open to people ages 18 and older who currently work in or support a business. That includes business owners as well as professionals involved in helping businesses operate and grow.

Attendance costs nothing for members of the Florida Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce. Non-members can register for $15, while admission at the door will be $20.

Parking will also be available for registered attendees at the City Center Garage at 199 N. Dixie Highway. Parking will be validated for those who attend the workshop.

People seeking registration information can contact the Florida Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce by phone at 561-889-6527 or by email at [email protected].

The event is part of the City of West Palm Beach Office of Small Business Programs’ continuing work to provide entrepreneurs and small business owners with educational opportunities and practical resources.

For the city, the workshop reflects a broader effort to support local businesses as technology changes the way companies market themselves, communicate with customers and manage daily tasks. Artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming part of those activities, and the August 26 session will give local professionals an opportunity to explore its practical uses in a business setting.

By bringing together business education, personal branding and emerging technology, city officials and the chamber are aiming to give participants tools they can use beyond the workshop itself. The emphasis will be on applying those tools to real business ideas, marketing needs and everyday operations.

The evening session will provide a chance for local entrepreneurs and professionals to learn, experiment with AI and consider how stronger digital marketing and personal branding could support their next stage of growth.
