Pembroke Pines Festival of the Arts returns this November with two days of music art and family fun at the Charles F Dodge City Center

Pembroke Pines, Florida – The City of Pembroke Pines, in collaboration with Atlantic Studios, is set to host the Pembroke Pines Festival of the Arts on Saturday, November 8, and Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Charles F. Dodge City Center, located at 601 City Center Way. From 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day, the festival will transform the city center into a vibrant hub of creativity, culture, and entertainment for residents and visitors alike.
This annual celebration highlights the diverse arts scene in Pembroke Pines, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, live performances, interactive workshops, and family-friendly experiences. Festival organizers promise a weekend filled with laughter, inspiration, and memorable moments for all ages.
“This festival is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate creativity in all its forms,” said a city spokesperson. “Whether you are exploring art exhibitions, enjoying live music, or shopping from local artisans, there is something here for everyone.”
A weekend full of performances and artistic showcases
The festival’s entertainment schedule is packed with live performances from talented musicians across different genres. On Saturday, November 8, the festivities begin with the announcement of the Student Art Competition winners at 1:00 p.m. on the main stage in the City Center lobby. Young artists from Pembroke Pines will have the chance to see their work recognized and celebrated in front of family, friends, and the wider community.
Following the awards, attendees can enjoy a series of musical performances, starting with AleMor at 2:00 p.m., followed by Néstor Zurita at 4:00 p.m., and concluding the day with Los Wizzards at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, November 9, continues the rhythm with performances by The Flyers at 2:00 p.m., Gabriel Key at 4:00 p.m., and Shaw Davis closing out the evening at 6:00 p.m. The combination of student artwork and professional music performances ensures that both visual and auditory arts are celebrated throughout the weekend.
Interactive art experiences and exhibitions
In addition to the performances, festivalgoers are encouraged to visit The Frank C. Ortis Art Gallery, where interactive workshops will allow participants to engage directly with the creative process. Visitors will also have the chance to explore a captivating new exhibition that showcases the talents of local and regional artists. These experiences provide a hands-on opportunity for both children and adults to discover new skills and explore their own artistic abilities.
“The Student Art Competition is always a highlight of the festival,” a festival organizer noted. “It’s exciting to see young artists gain recognition and feel inspired to continue pursuing their creative passions. This year, the winners will be announced right on the main stage, making it a truly special moment for the entire community.”
Food, shopping, and community engagement
No festival is complete without delicious food and unique finds, and the Pembroke Pines Festival of the Arts delivers on both fronts. Visitors can sample a variety of offerings from local food trucks and vendors, while the curated artisan marketplace features handmade creations and one-of-a-kind items from local makers. From jewelry and home décor to paintings and sculptures, the marketplace provides an opportunity to support local talent while taking home a memorable piece of the festival.
The event is made possible thanks to top sponsors, including Jacobs, Memorial Healthcare, WastePro, Calvin, Giordano & Associates, and Stratus. Their support ensures that the festival remains a free and accessible event for the entire community.
