West Palm Beach CRA expands public safety efforts with new mobile CCTV trailers to strengthen security in Historic Northwest and Downtown districts

West Palm Beach, Florida – The West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is taking another step toward improving public safety with the introduction of four portable Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) trailers designed to help prevent crime and support law enforcement throughout key areas of the city.

The new mobile surveillance units are part of the CRA’s ongoing commitment to using modern technology to create safer neighborhoods while supporting redevelopment efforts in the Historic Northwest and Downtown districts. The program is being carried out in partnership with the City of West Palm Beach Police Department and is intended to provide additional resources for officers while improving safety conditions for residents, visitors, and local businesses.
