Music Under the Stars returns to Pompano Beach with fall concerts
Pompano Beach, Florida – Music Under the Stars will return to the Great Lawn at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Pompano Beach Boulevard. The free concert series will feature a different live act each month, creating an evening setting where people can listen to music outdoors and enjoy the atmosphere of the city.
The concerts are open to the public, and attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair and settle in on the Great Lawn. With live music, open-air surroundings and the coastal setting, the series offers a casual way to spend an evening without the cost of admission.
The fall lineup will begin October 9 with Speaker Box Band, a group performing R&B and pop music. The concert will give the series its first featured performance of the season as residents gather at the Great Lawn.
The next event is scheduled for November 13 and will feature the Laura Goodstone Band. The group will bring a modern country rock sound to the outdoor stage, giving the monthly series a different musical style from the October performance.

The final concert currently listed for the season will take place December 18, when Happy Daze will perform oldies from the 1950s and 1960s.
The December performance comes with a scheduling note for attendees. Unlike the earlier concerts, which fall on the second Friday of their respective months, the December event will be held on the third Friday of the month.
Music Under the Stars is designed as a rotating monthly concert series, so each event offers a new performer and a different style of music. The program is open to both local residents and visitors looking for an outdoor activity in Pompano Beach.

People planning to attend can bring their own seating and choose a place on the Great Lawn before the performance begins. The outdoor format allows guests to enjoy the music in a relaxed setting while spending time with family and friends.
Additional information about Music Under the Stars, including event details and updates, is available through the Pompano Beach Parks and Recreation Department. People can also contact the department at 954-786-4111 for more information.
The series gives Pompano Beach residents and visitors three scheduled opportunities this fall to gather outdoors, hear live music and enjoy an evening at the Great Lawn.
