Pompano Beach, Florida – Construction has officially begun on a new beachfront concession kiosk and public restroom facility at 20 N. Pompano Beach Boulevard, marking an exciting development for both residents and visitors. The project, led by The LM Restaurant Family, the team behind popular local eateries Oceanic and Lucky Fish, is expected to be completed by Spring 2026.

The new facility is designed to significantly enhance the amenities along the City’s popular beachfront. According to city officials, the project will feature expanded outdoor seating, a larger food preparation area, and considerably enlarged public restrooms, providing a more comfortable and convenient experience for beachgoers.

“We are committed to enhancing our beachfront amenities and providing a welcoming, accessible space for everyone to enjoy,” said Mayor Rex Hardin. “We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as we work to improve this important public facility.”

Once completed, the concession stand will operate daily, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes. Visitors can enjoy coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches in the morning, followed by Greek-inspired dishes, hamburgers, hot dogs, and other affordable grab-and-go items throughout the day. The expanded seating and modernized layout are intended to create a relaxed, family-friendly environment for both locals and tourists.

The project represents a collaborative effort between the City of Pompano Beach and The LM Restaurant Family to improve the overall visitor experience along the beachfront. With its strategic location at 20 N. Pompano Beach Boulevard, the new facility will serve as a convenient stop for refreshments while enjoying the sun, sand, and oceanfront views.

City officials emphasize that the construction period may bring temporary inconveniences, but the community’s patience will be rewarded with a modern, functional, and inviting facility that meets the growing needs of beach visitors.

The beachfront concession and restroom project is part of the City’s broader efforts to upgrade public spaces and provide amenities that cater to the diverse needs of residents and tourists alike. By increasing seating, improving restroom capacity, and offering a variety of food options, the project aims to elevate the overall beach experience in Pompano Beach.
